Enable Active Status of Job Adjustment Approver Roles

Use the Job Adjustment Approval submodule to enable the active status of job adjustment approver roles.

To use Job WIP Adjustment Approval in the Approval submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable the active status of a job adjustment approver role:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the job adjustment approver role that you want to enable the active status of.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Company Approvals > Job Adjustment Approval.
4. Highlight the job adjustment approver role that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
