Approve Open Personal Expense Entries

Use Open Personal Expense Entries to approve open personal expense entries.

To use Open Personal Expense Entries, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To approve open personal expense entries:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company whose expense entries you want to approve.
  3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Administrative Follow-up > Open Personal Expense Entries.
  4. Highlight an entry and click Approve Selected Items .
    To approve multiple entries, click the LEFT mouse button, hold and drag, and then click Approve Selected Items .
