Open Personal Expense Entries
Use Open Personal Expense Entries in the Administrative Follow-Up submodule in the Finance & Administration module to view and manage open personal expense entries.
To use Open Personal Expense Entries, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
Open Personal Expense Entries provides you with an overview of all personal expense entries that have not been closed within your WorkBook Company.
Open Personal Expense Entries displays information in columns such as Approval Status, Type, Employee, and Creditor.

Note: You can only approve entries that have status 20 (For Approval).
