Enable Schedules of Notification Processes to Run
Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to enable schedules of selected notification processes to run.
To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To enable a schedule of a notification process to run:
- On the main toolbar, click Settings .
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the notification process schedule that you want to run.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- Highlight the notification process with the schedule that you want to run.
- In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
- Highlight the schedule that you want to run and select the Running check box.
