Enable Schedules of Notification Processes to Run
Use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to enable schedules of selected notification processes to run.
To use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To enable a schedule of a notification process to run:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the notification process schedule that you want to run.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Highlight the notification process that has the schedule that you want to run.
- In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab.
- Highlight the schedule that you want to run and select the Running check box.
