Add New Subscription Dimensions

Use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule in the Settings module to add new subscription dimensions.

To use Subscription Billing in the Subscription submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new subscription dimension:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the subscription to which you want to add a new dimension.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
  4. Click the Billing Setup tab and highlight the subscription to which you want to add a new dimension.
  5. Click the Dimension tab and on the grid toolbar, click Add New Item .
  6. In the Add Dimension to Subscription Agreement dialog box, use the drop-down list to select the dimension that you want to add and click OK.
  7. Use the drop-down list of the dimension that you just added to select the applicable value.
