Search for Job Log Entries

Use the Jobs List submodule to search for job log entries.

To use Jobs List, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for a job log entry:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List.
3. Highlight the job of the log entry that you are looking for.
4. Click Further options and select View job log.
   WorkBook opens a grid at the bottom of the screen where you can view the job log.
5. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the log entry.
   Alternatively, use the From field to select a date that covers the log entry that you are looking for.
