Add New Capacity Profiles to Multiple Resources

Use Default Capacity Profile in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to add new capacity profiles to multiple resources.

To use Default Capacity Profile in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new capacity profile to multiple resources:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new capacity profile to multiple resources.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Employee Settings > Default Capacity Profile.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Capacity Profiles to Multiple Sources .
  5. In the Add Multiple Default Capacity Profiles dialog box, identify or select the appropriate options and click OK.
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
    Note: It is recommended to not update more than one Company at a time.
