System Variable 1108: Google Plug-ins: If Not Enabled Do a Lookup to google.com and See If There Is a Response within 5 Seconds. If Not, Disable Google Plug-Ins

Use this System Variable to prevent WorkBook from verifying access to Google.

WorkBook loads a few resources from Google. These are additional optional fonts that you can use if they are configured in My Settings > Themes and Templates and My Settings > Databoard Graphs.

WorkBook checks for access to Google and disables these options, if unavailable. You must disable this System Variable if WorkBook is hosted on a server that does not have access to Google.

To enable this System Variable, select its check box. Clear the check box to disable it.

This System Variable is enabled (selected) by default.
