Calendar - Procedures Use the Calendar submodule in the Schedule Overview module under Scheduling to view the task calendar of a selected resource. To use Calendar, you must have access to Scheduling as defined in User Access Rights under Settings. Completed tasks are hidden from the grid view. Move a Task to Another Time Slot, Date, or Resource (from the Calendar Submodule) Use the Calendar submodule to easily move a task from one time slot, date, or resource to another. Change the Duration of an Existing Task (from the Calendar Submodule) Use the Calendar submodule to change the duration of a task. Display a Task Card (from the Calendar Submodule) Use the Calendar submodule to display task cards. Specify booking information only once and the system will automatically create and schedule the bookings for you. For example, you can schedule a booking for a resource that occurs every Monday, from 9 to 11 AM, and runs for a period of 6 months.
