Add New Quick Ticket Templates

Use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to add new quick ticket templates.

To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company to which you want to add a new quick ticket template.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add Row .
  5. In the Create New Quick Ticket Template dialog box, enter or select the appropriate options for name, job, and ticket type.
  6. Click OK.
