Open Resource Card of Project Managers of Billable Jobs that are Ready for Invoicing

Use Billable Jobs Ready for Invoicing in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open the resource card of the Project Managers of billable jobs that are ready for invoicing.

To use Billable Jobs Ready for Invoicing, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the resource card of a Project Manager of a billable job that is ready for invoicing:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Billable Jobs Ready for Invoicing.
3. Highlight the billable job that is ready for invoicing of the Project Manager whose resource card you want to open.
4. Double-click on the corresponding Project Manager field.
   WorkBook opens the Project Manager's resource card.
5. Click Close .
