System Variable 758: Automatically Allocate a User to a Task If the User Has Made a Time Entry on the Task

Use this System Variable to specify whether or not a task will be displayed on a user's task list after registering time to the task.

System administrators may set whether a task should be automatically added to a resource's task lists through System Variable 758. This allows the task to be automatically assigned to a user after they logged hours to the task even if it was not previously assigned to them.

This System Variable is a part of the Automations and Triggered Actions grouping.

The default value for this System Variable is 2 - Active. The job is now displayed on the user's task list (Done = False).
