Use the Job Settings option under the Jobs List submodule or the Settings submodule to modify basic job settings.
To use the Jobs List submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To use the Settings submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To modify the basic settings of a job:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

On the side toolbar, click
Jobs List.

Highlight the job whose basic settings you want to modify.

Take one of the following actions:
- Click
Further options
and select
View job settings.
- On the grid toolbar, click
Job properties sidebar
.
- On the side toolbar, click
Settings.

On the side toolbar of the right pane, click
Basic job settings
and enter or select the applicable modifications from the corresponding drop-down lists.
Note: If the selected Department has been deactivated, it shows up in the drop-down list in parenthesis and highlighted in red while other inactive Departments are not listed.
