Delete All Unused Tags

Use the Tags submodule to delete all unused tags.

To use Tags in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete all unused tags:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company from which you want to delete all unused tags.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Tags.
4. On the grid toolbar, click Delete all unused tags .
5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
