Create Resource Groups

Use Resource Groups in the Clients & Resources submodule in the Settings module to create resource groups.

To use Resource Groups in the Clients & Resources submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create a resource group:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company for which you want to create a resource group.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Clients & Resources > Resource Groups.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Create New Group .
  5. To edit the Group Name field, double-click on it.
