Price

Use Price under Jobs to view the price quotes of the job that you selected in Jobs List. It enables you to create, delete, edit, approve, and manage the price quotes that you prepare for your clients, as well as view, manage, and respond to price quote-related conversations.

To use the Price submodule, you must have access to Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

This submodule consists of the following tabs:

• Header: This tab displays the header information of the price quotes of the selected job. You can create, duplicate, delete, edit, approve, and cancel approvals of price quotes.
• Phases: This tab displays the price quote phases of the selected job. You can add and delete price quote phases.
• Lines: This tab displays the price quote lines of the selected job. You can add, duplicate, and remove price quote lines, add resources, update price quotes based on price lists, and calculate and insert price quote adjustments.
• Comments: This tab displays the price quote comments of the selected job. You can add and delete comments from price quotes.
• Billing Plan: This tab displays the billing plan of the selected job. You can add, duplicate, and remove billing plan lines and update the final invoice amounts of price quotes.
• Approval: This tab displays the list of price quote approvers identified for the selected job. You can add and remove price quote approvers.
• Material Calculation: This tab displays the list of in-house material costs that you will be charging the client of the selected job. You can create, delete, and manage material calculations as well as update cost and sales rates based on price lists and transfer the total amount of material calculations to price lines.
• Conversation: This tab displays the price quote conversation of the selected job. You can manage and respond to price quote conversations.
