Price

Use the Price submodule in the Jobs module to view the Price Quotes (PQs) of the job that you select in the Jobs List. Price enables you to create, delete, edit, approve, and manage the price quotes that you prepare for your clients, as well as view, manage, and respond to PQ-related conversations.

To use Price, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

This submodule provides the following tabs:

• Header: Displays the header information of the PQs for the selected job. You can create, duplicate, delete, edit, approve, and cancel approvals of PQs.
• Phases: Displays the PQ phases for the selected job. You can add and delete PQ phases.
• Lines: Displays the PQ lines for the selected job. You can add, duplicate, and remove PQ lines; add resources; update PQs based on price lists; and calculate and insert PQ adjustments.
• Comments: Displays the PQ comments for the selected job. You can add comments to and delete comments from PQs.
• Billing Plan: Displays the billing plan of the selected job. You can add, duplicate, and remove billing plan lines and update the final invoice amounts of PQs.
• Approval: Displays the list of PQ approvers who are identified for the selected job. You can add and remove PQ approvers.
• Material Calculation: Displays the list of in-house material costs that you charge the client for the selected job. You can create, delete, and manage material calculations, as well as update cost and sales rates based on price lists, and transfer the total amount of material calculations to price lines.
• Conversation: Displays the PQ conversation for the selected job. You can manage and respond to PQ conversations.
