Open Voucher Cards of Project Postings

Use Project Posting in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to open voucher cards of project postings.

To use Project Posting, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To open the voucher card of a project posting:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Project Posting.
3. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the grid toolbar to select the Company of the project posting whose voucher you want to open.
4. Highlight the Vouchers project posting type.
5. On the side toolbar of the bottom grid, click , , or , as appropriate.
6. Highlight or hover over the project posting whose voucher you want to open, and click Voucher Card .
7. Click Close .
