Enable Holding Accounts for Voucher Management

Use Holding Accounts in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to enable holding accounts for voucher management.

To use Holding Accounts in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To enable a holding account for voucher management:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the holding account that you want to enable for voucher management.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Finance > Holding Accounts.
  4. Highlight the holding account that you want to enable for voucher management and select the Use in Voucher Management check box.
