Reject Task Resource Bookings

Use the Task Resource Booking Approval submodule to reject task resource bookings.

To use the Task Resource Booking Approval submodule, you must have access to Tasks as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To reject a task resource booking:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Task Resource Booking Approval.
3. Highlight the task resource booking that you want to reject.
4. Click the corresponding Reject resource booking field.
5. In the Enter a Rejection Comment dialog box, enter a rejection comment and click OK.
