Rename a Phase (from the Tasks Tab)

Use the Tasks submodule to rename phases from the Tasks tab.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To rename a phase:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the phase that you want to rename.
3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, click the Gantt view.
6. In the grid, right-click the phase that you want to rename and select Rename Phase.
   Alternatively, do one of the following:

   • Click the Context Menu and select Rename Phase
   • On the tab toolbar, click Phase Settings . In the Name field of the Phase Settings screen, specify a new name.
