Ignore Bing Import Records with Zero Cost

Use Bing Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule under Finance & Administration to ignore Bing import records that have zero cost.

To use Bing Import in the Export, Import, & Maintenance submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To ignore a Bing import record that has zero cost:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company that contains the Bing import records that has zero cost that you want to ignore.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Export, Import & Maintenance > Bing Import.
4. Click the Under Preparation tab.
5. On the grid toolbar, click and select Ignore Records with 0 Cost.
6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
   WorkBook moves all import records that have zero cost to the Ignored tab.
