Use the Project Settings option under the Jobs List submodule to delete project conversations.
To use Jobs List, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To delete a project conversation:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

In the left pane, click
Jobs List.

Highlight the job that is associated with the project conversation that you want to delete.

Click
Further Options
and select
View Project Settings.

In the Project Settings dialog box, click the Project Conversation tab.
WorkBook displays the project conversation threads in the left pane and the comments on the selected conversation in the right pane.

In the left pane, highlight the project whose conversation you want to delete.

Click
Show the Conversation Options
and select
Delete Conversation.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the conversation immediately.
