Change Bank Payment Methods of Creditor Payment Proposals
Use Creditor Payment Proposal in the Finance submodule in the Settings module to change bank payment methods of creditor payment proposals.
To use Creditor Payment Proposal in the Finance submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To change the bank payment method of a creditor payment proposal:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the creditor payment proposal for which you want to change the bank payment method.
- In the left pane of the Settings page, click .
- Click the Setup tab.

Highlight the creditor payment proposal for which you want to edit the bank payment method, and on the grid toolbar, click
Change Banks for Entries
.
- In the Change Banks dialog box, use the corresponding drop-down lists to select the From and To payment methods.
- To change banks on creditors or on unposted vouchers, select the appropriate check box.
- Click OK.
