Search for Due Invoices of Debtors in the Transactions and Due Invoices Subgrid

Use the search field of the Transactions and Due Invoices subgrid to search for specific due invoices.

To use Debtor List in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To search for due invoices in the Transactions and Due Invoices Subgrid:

1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the due invoices that you are looking for.
3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor list.
4. Click the List tab and highlight the debtor with the due invoice that you are looking for.
5. On the grid toolbar, click Show/hide subgrid .
6. In the Transactions and Due Invoices subgrid, click the Debtor List Due Posting Grid tab.
7. On the subgrid toolbar, use the Search in grid field to enter a keyword or amount associated with the due invoice.
