Delete an Email Template

Use Email Templates in the Folders, Reports, & Documents submodule in the Settings module to delete email templates that you previously created.

To use Email Templates, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete an email template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the email template that you want to delete.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Folders, Reports, & Documents > Email Templates.
  4. In the grid, highlight the email template that you want to delete, and click Delete Email Template on the grid toolbar.
  5. When prompted for confirmation, click Yes.
