Get Deep Links to Material Entry Conversations

Use the Material Entry Approval submodule to get deep links to material entry conversations.

To use Material Entry Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To get the deep link to a material entry conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Material Entry Approval.
3. Highlight the material entry of the conversation that you want to get the deep link of and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Material Conversation.
4. Click Show the conversation options and select Get deep link to conversation.
5. In the Conversation Deep Link dialog box, click Copy link to clipboard.
   Note: Only users with access to WorkBook can open the link.
