Hide Assigned Tasks until New Comments are Posted
Use Tasks in the To-Do submodule in the Tasks module to hide your assigned tasks until new comments are posted.
To use Tasks, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To hide an assigned task until a new comment is posted:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks
.
- In the left pane of the Tasks page, click .
- Click the Grid View tab.
- Highlight the assigned task that you want to hide until a new comment is posted.

On the grid toolbar, click
Time Entry and Task Status
.
- In the Time Entry and Task Status pane, select the Hide Task until New Comment is Posted check box.
- To display the assigned task again, deselect the Hide Task until New Comment is Posted check box.
