Remove Required Resource Fields Approver Roles

Use Required Resource Fields Approval in the Company Approvals submodule in the Settings module to remove required resource fields approver roles.

To use Required Resource Fields Approval, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a required resource fields approver role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove a required resource fields approver role.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Company Approvals > Required Resource Fields Approval.
  4. Click the Roles tab.
  5. Highlight the required resource fields approver role that you want to remove, and on the grid toolbar, click Remove Record .
  6. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
