Search for Job Reminders

Use the Job settings option under the Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up submodule to search for a reminder in selected jobs.

To use the Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-up submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To search for a reminder in a job:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company containing the job reminder that you are looking for.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Month-end > Monthly WIP adjustments follow-up.
  4. Highlight the job with the reminder that you are looking for and on the grid toolbar, click Job settings .
  5. Click the Reminder tab and use the Search field to enter a keyword associated with the reminder.
