Create Email Standard Texts

Use the Reminder Level Setup tab under the Debtor Reminders under the Debtors submodule to create email standard texts.

To use Debtor Reminders in the Debtors submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To create an email standard text:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration page to select the Company for which you want to create an email standard text.
  3. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration page, click Debtors > Debtor Reminders.
  4. Click the Reminder Level Setup tab and click Create New .
  5. You can edit the Email Subject Text, Email Body Text, and Additional Text on Report fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
