Display Employee Information Card

Use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule in the Settings module to display the information cards of selected employees.

To use Employee Settings in the Employee Settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display an employee information card:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the employee whose information card you want to display.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Employee Settings.
  4. Highlight the resource whose employee information card you want to display, and on the grid toolbar, click or .
  5. To hide the employee information card, click or again.
