Filter Email Logs

Use Email Log in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to filter email logs.

To use Email Log in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To filter email logs:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the email logs that you want to filter.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Email Log.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Filter .
  5. In the Filter dialog box, select the filters that you want to use on the email logs and click Apply.
  6. Click to close the Filter dialog box.
