System Variable 367: Allow to Change Description on Time Entries

Use this System Variable to determine if description fields can be edited on a time entry by Advanced Users.

Select one of the following options for this setting:

• Blocked. Only entry owner can edit description.
• Allow editing of open entries with status "Draft" and "For approval"
• Allow editing of all non-posted entries (not journalized)
• Allow editing of all entries. No limitations.

There is no default value for this setting.

It may be necessary to perform a refresh when modifying System Variable values.
