Revert Debtor Settlements
WorkBook allows you to revert a settlement in the Eliminations subgrid when necessary. For example, you can revert the settlement if the invoice and the payment that you just settled do not match.
Note: You can only revert a settlement in the Eliminations view of the Transactions subgrid and not in the Eliminations tab.
To use the Debtor List submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To revert a debtor settlement:
- On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company for which you will revert debtor settlements.
- In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click .
- Click the List tab and highlight the debtor with the settlement you want to revert.
- Click the Transactions tab.
- Select the Closed filter and highlight the transaction with the settlement you want to revert.
- In the subgrid, click Eliminations and under the Revert column, click to revert the settlement.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
