Reset Running or Stuck Project Postings
Use Project Posting in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to reset running or stuck project postings. Use Reset Running or Stuck Project Postings if WorkBook is having problems processing a large number of project postings.
To use Project Posting, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.
To reset a running or stuck project posting:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks
.
- In the left pane of the Tasks page, click .
- If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the grid toolbar to select the Company of the running or stuck project posting that you want to reset.
- Highlight the project posting type of the running or stuck project posting that you want to reset.

On the grid toolbar, click
Reset Running/Stuck Project Postings
.
- In the Select a Running Booking to Reset dialog box, select the booking that you want to reset.
- Click OK.
