Duplicate Price Quote Material Calculations

Use the Price or Materials submodule to duplicate price quote material calculations of selected jobs.

To use Price, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To use Materials, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To duplicate a price quote material calculation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
2. On the side toolbar, click Jobs List and highlight the job with the price quote material calculation that you want to duplicate.
3. Take one of the following actions:
   • On the side toolbar, click Price and click the Material Calculation tab.
   • On the side toolbar, click Materials.
4. Use the drop-down list to select the material calculation that you want to duplicate.
5. Click Copy current material list .
   WorkBook duplicates the selected material calculation and automatically loads duplicate on the screen.
