Job Status Change

Use Job Status Change in the Projects & Jobs submodule in the Settings module to configure job status changes for your Company. You can choose who to notify and what template to use every time a status change occurs, as well as how expenditures are handled every time a job is in a particular status.

To use Job Status Change in the Projects & Jobs submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

You can set or update job statuses at Jobs > Settings > Basic Job Settings. WorkBook displays the effects of indicating how expenditures are handled at Jobs > Settings > Job Finance Settings.
