Add New Schedules for Notification Processes
Use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule to add new schedules for selected notification processes.
To use the Conversation & Notification Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To add a new schedule for a notification process:
- On the main toolbar, click Settings .
- If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the notification process that you want to add a new schedule to.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- Highlight the notification process that you want to add a new schedule to.
- In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab and click Add Schedule .
- You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
