Add New Schedules for Notification Processes

Use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule in the Settings module to add new schedules for selected notification processes.

To use Conversation & Notification Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To add a new schedule for a notification process:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the notification process to which you want to add a new schedule.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
  4. Highlight the notification process to which you want to add a new schedule.
  5. In the bottom grid, click the Scheduling tab and click Add Schedule .
  6. To edit the other fields, double-click on them..
