Hide Inactive Prices

Use the Price List Setup tab under the Price Lists submodule to hide inactive prices.

To use Price Lists in the Price Lists & Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide inactive prices:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the price lists with inactive prices that you want to hide.
3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
4. Click the Price List Setup tab and select the Hide inactive prices check box.
5. If you want to show all inactive prices again, unselect the Hide inactive prices check box.
