Use the Tasks submodule to search for task files.
To use Tasks, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To search for a task file:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

In the left pane of the Jobs page, click
Jobs List and highlight the job associated with the task file that you want to find.

In the left pane of the Jobs page, click
Tasks.

On the Tasks page, click the
Tasks tab.

In the grid, highlight the task associated with the file that you want to find and click
Task Settings
on the tab toolbar.

On the Task card, click the Docs
side toolbar.

In the left pane, highlight the folder where you want to perform the file search.

On the toolbar of the right pane,
use the
Search field to enter text that is associated with the file for which you are looking.
WorkBook displays the results in the pane.
