Remove Ticket Statuses

Use Ticket Statuses in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to remove ticket statuses.

To use Ticket Statuses in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a ticket status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to remove a ticket status.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.
  4. Highlight the ticket status that you want to remove, and on the grid toolbar, click Remove the Selected Status .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook removes the ticket status immediately.
