Display Latest Revision Information of Quick Ticket Template Briefings

Use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to display the latest revision information of quick ticket template briefings.

To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To display the latest revision information of a quick ticket template briefing:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company thta contains the quick ticket template briefing for which you want to display the latest revision information.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. Highlight the quick ticket template that has the briefing for which you want to display the latest revision information, and on the grid toolbar, click Default Briefings .
  5. On the toolbar of the right pane, click and after viewing the latest revision information, click OK to close the dialog box.
