Delete Material Entry Conversations

Use the Material Entry Approval submodule to delete material entry conversations.

To use Material Entry Approval, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To delete a material entry conversation:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks screen, click Approval > Material Entry Approval.
3. Highlight the material entry of the conversation that you want to delete and on the side toolbar of the right pane, click Material Conversation.
4. Click Show the conversation options and select Delete conversation.
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the conversation at once.
