Use
Agent Setup in the
Advanced Tools submodule in the
Settings module to delete schedules from selected agents.
To use Agent Setup in the Advanced Tools submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To delete a schedule from an agent:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company from which you want to delete a schedule from an agent.

In the left pane of the Settings page, click
.

Highlight the agent from you want to delete a schedule.

In the bottom grid, click the
Scheduling tab.

Highlight the schedule that you want to delete, and click
Delete Schedule
.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action. WorkBook deletes the schedule immediately.
