System Variable 870: Enable New Jobs as a Support Ticket Job

Use this System Variable to specify whether jobs should be created as support ticket jobs by default.

When this System Variable is enabled, the Support Ticket Job checkbox in Jobs > Settings > Basic Job Settings is selected by default. You can clear this option manually when creating a job or during subsequent changes.

Users cannot place tickets on a job If the Support Ticket Job option is not selected for that job.

Enable this System Variable by selecting its check box. To disable it, deselect the check box.

It might need to perform a refresh when you modify System Variable values.
