System Variable 846: Suffix for Usernames When Authenticating a User Over Lightweight Directory Access Protocol

Use this System Variable to specify the suffix for user names when authenticating using (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) LDAP.

LDAP validates a user name and password combination with a directory server such as MS Active Directory when authenticating users. The combination of the LDAP suffix and the user name forms a user's distinguished name (DN) for LDAP authentication.
