Pin a Conversation to a Dashboard
Use the WorkBook Inbox to add links to pin conversations to dashboards.
To use Inbox, you must have access to Inbox as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.
To pin a conversation to a dashboard:
- On the main toolbar, click Inbox .
- On the Inbox sidebar, select the item that contains the conversation that you want to pin to a dashboard.
- Right-click the conversation, select Pin to Dashboard, and select the specific dashboard to which you want the conversation to be pinned.
