Use the Tasks submodule to hide comments in task conversations.
To use the Tasks submodule, you must have access to
Jobs as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under
Settings.
To hide comments in task conversations:

On the main toolbar, click
Jobs
.

On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click
Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task comment that you want to hide.

On the side toolbar of the Jobs screen, click
Tasks.

On the Tasks screen, click the Tasks tab.

In the grid, highlight the task associated with the comment that you want to hide and click
Task Settings
on the tab toolbar.

On the Task card, click the Task Conversation tab.

Right click on the comment that you want to hide and select
Hide this comment from the menu.
WorkBook displays
at the right side of the comment.

If you want to display the comment again, right click on the comment and select
Show this comment from the menu.
