Hide Comments in Task Conversations

Use the Tasks submodule to hide comments in task conversations.

To use Tasks, you must have access to Jobs as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To hide comments in task conversations:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Jobs .
  2. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Jobs List and highlight the job containing the task comment that you want to hide.
  3. In the left pane of the Jobs page, click Tasks.
  4. On the Tasks page, click the Tasks tab.
  5. In the grid, highlight the task associated with the comment that you want to hide and click Task Settings on the tab toolbar.
  6. On the Task card, click the Task Conversation tab.
  7. Right-click on the comment that you want to hide and select Hide this Comment from the menu.
    WorkBook displays at the right side of the comment.
  8. If you want to display the comment again, right-click on the comment and select Show this Comment from the menu.
