Edit Briefings of Quick Ticket Templates

Use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule in the Settings module to edit the briefing of a quick ticket template.

To use Ticket Quick Create in the Ticket Setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To edit the briefing of a quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one Company in your WorkBook system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings page to select the Company that contains the quick ticket template briefing that you want to edit.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings page, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  4. Highlight the quick ticket template that has the briefing that you want to edit, and on the grid toolbar, click Default Briefings .
  5. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Edit the Briefing .
  6. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
  7. Click Edit the Briefing again.
