Set WIP Values of Jobs of Monthly WIP Adjustments to Zero

Use Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up in the Follow-Up submodule in the Tasks module to set the WIP values of the jobs of monthly WIP adjustments to zero.

To use Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up, you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To set the WIP value of the job of a monthly WIP adjustment to zero:

1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks .
2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click Follow-Up > Monthly WIP Adjustments Follow-Up.
3. Highlight the job of the monthly WIP adjustment whose WIP value you want to set to zero.
4. On the grid toolbar, click and select Set WIP Value to Zero for Selected Jobs.
5. In the Make Adjustment for Selected Jobs dialog box, make any necessary adjustments to the date and approval status.
6. Click OK.
